Reshipment Policy
Reshipment of Seized Packages
We offer a 100% free reshipment for seized packages.
In the event of a seizure, please provide us with the seizure letter or ensure that the seizure is clearly indicated in the tracking status.
Reshipment of Damaged Packages
If your order is damaged during shipping, we require the following information:
Clear, high-quality images of the packaging
A photo clearly showing the recipient details (ensure readability)
A high-resolution photo covering all damaged products (in a single image)
Reshipment for Missing or Incorrect Products.
If you have received an incorrect product, we will ship the correct items immediately at no additional cost.
Which countries does the reshipment guarantee cover?
We provide a reshipment guarantee for almost all countries except those identified as high-risk regions: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Canary Islands, Kosovo, Albania.
